For Pinocchio

Our team was assigned the scene where Pinocchio gets swallowed by the whale.

My Role:

To create the animated background for a production of Pinocchio.
I attended meetings and reported to the director.
I researched whales to get the correct anatomy.
I created the storyboard, from sketches, to the final storyboard in Grease Pencil, Blender.

Review:

"Beth took on a commission to create a small animation film to represent the whale scene from the story of Pinocchio. This short animation was incorporated into a musical theatre performance at Cheltenham Playhouse and helped in a smooth transition on stage during a set change.

Beth delivered on time, presented ideas before a final film was created and was at all times positive and friendly in her manner and communication.

I was also pleased that she attended the performance of Pinocchio to see the production and her input into it."
